Reebok was founded for one of the best reasons possible: athletes wanted to run faster. So in the 1890s, Joseph William Foster made some of the first known running shoes with spikes in them. Great shoe; very comfortable. As I have just returned to working out daily (after a 4 year break........) I was looking for a training shoe that was comfortable, and would lessen the impact on my 'old' self. This shoe 'gives' to cushion movement;, and provides good stability. Runs about a half size smailer than your normal shoe size. The 11 fits me perfectly. I would easily recommend these shoes to anyone.
